Premiums on fully insured plans are regulated by your state’s insurance department.  There is no price difference between benefit advisors quoting identical plans.  Consequently, we do not compete on premiums. Creating a well designed benefit plan requires experience, expertise, and a detailed review of your objectives and the needs of your organization.

Property and Casualty is a totally different type of insurance and requires a completely different expertise and even a different license. 

Employee benefits is a specialty onto itself with many exacting compliance requirements that if not managed properly can have devastating effects on a business.  

What’s more, your employees are the heart and sole of your business.  This requires a philosophy that centers around balancing their personal needs with the operational and budgetary needs of the business.  We do not believe this can be accomplished through a “risk management” mindset.
